Shipping

We ship via USPS Monday-Friday. All knots are handmade once ordered. Please allow 1 to 3 business days to process all knot orders. 

Local Pick Up

Once your order is placed please allow 24 hours for pick up. If you order a handmade item please allow one day to process. You will receive an email letting you know your items are fulfilled. Once you receive that email your items are ready for pick up.

Returns

If you are unhappy with our Ava Knot, we will refund your purchase. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase and customer will be responsible for return shipping cost. 

Exchanges

We will happily exchange any Ava Knot for you. The customer will be responsible for return shipping cost.
